Terms and Conditions for the Online Shop Operated by STRONGFLEX.PL SP. Z O.O. based in Wrocław.
§1 Preliminary Provisions
- These terms and conditions define the rules for using the website www.strongflex.eu (hereinafter referred to as "Website").
- The terms and conditions are available to any person visiting the Website and apply to all users of the Website, regardless of the type of activity conducted.

- Using the Website is equivalent to accepting the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy is required before using the service.
- The rules regarding the privacy policy are available on the Shop's website under the Privacy Policy tab.
§2 Definitions
- Terms and Conditions – This document defines the rules for using the website www.strongflex.eu.
- Shop – The online platform operated at www.strongflex.eu by the manufacturer of polyurethane bushings.
- Customer – A natural or legal person who has used the services of the online shop, including consumers.
- Product – Polyurethane bushings produced by the manufacturer and other items made available for sale through the online shop.
- Order – A statement of intent made by the Customer, directed at the shop, directly aiming at concluding a sales contract for the Product.
- Sales Contract – A purchase agreement concluded between the Customer and the manufacturer regarding the Product, based on Polish law.
§3 Offer
- The offer of the online shop www.strongflex.eu includes the sale of polyurethane bushings designed for passenger cars and vans.
- All products offered in the shop are brand new and covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
- Product prices include VAT but do not include delivery costs. Prices may be displayed without VAT after prior agreement via email, telecommunication, or verbally, which applies only to business customers.
- The shop's offer is up to date and corresponds to the available products.
- The shop reserves the right to change product prices and the offer without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
- The shop undertakes to provide current and truthful information about the products offered, including their features and properties.
- In the case of non-standard attributes, i.e., those defined by the customer in a text field (e.g., selecting the "Custom" option for specifying the product's diameter), the product is treated as a custom-made product and is non-returnable.
- If the color of the product is changed to a non-standard color (different from the available standard versions: yellow and red) or other modifications are agreed upon between the parties, the product is treated as custom-made and is non-returnable.
§4 Placing and Fulfilling Orders
- Orders for products offered on the Website can be placed 24/7 throughout the year using the order form available on the Website.
- After placing an order, the Customer receives an order confirmation at the email address provided.
- Order processing begins after the Seller receives payment to the bank account indicated on the Website.
- The order processing time is 1-5 business days from the moment of payment confirmation.
- Products are shipped to the address or pickup point indicated by the Customer.
- Delivery costs are provided before placing the order.
- The delivery time depends on the delivery method chosen by the Customer and the location. This information is visible on the order page under the "Delivery" tab.
- If the product is unavailable, the Seller undertakes to notify the Customer immediately and agree on further action.
- In case of delivery issues, the Customer should contact the shop and inform them of the non-delivery. Such cases are considered individually. Responsibility passes to the carrier once the goods are shipped.
- The Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in case of force majeure.
§5 Prices and Payments
- All product prices on the website www.strongflex.eu are gross prices and include VAT. Prices may be displayed without VAT after prior agreement via email, telecommunication, or verbally, which applies only to business customers.

- If payment by bank transfer is chosen, the Customer must make the payment within 5 business days from the date of placing the order. If the payment is not received within the specified period, the order will be canceled.
- If card payment is chosen, payment is made through an online payment system following the security procedures applied by the payment service provider.
- The Administrator reserves the right to change the prices of products offered. Price changes do not affect the prices of products already ordered by the Customer.
§6 Delivery and Transport
- The delivery of goods ordered on the website www.strongflex.eu is at the cost and risk of the Customer. For consumers, the risk passes to the consumer only upon receipt of the goods.
- The delivery time and method will be agreed upon between the parties after placing the order.
- If it is not possible to deliver the goods at the chosen time, the website www.strongflex.eu undertakes to inform the Customer immediately about the status of the order.
- If it is not possible to deliver the goods at the chosen time, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without additional costs. A refund will be made within 14 days from the withdrawal from the contract.
- The transport of goods is carried out under the conditions specified in the agreement between the parties or according to the carrier's offer.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM Polish time (GMT + 01:00) will be considered as orders placed on the next business day.
§7 Complaints and Product Returns
- The Customer has the right to file a complaint regarding products purchased on the Website.
- The complaint should be submitted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
- The complaint should include a description of the irregularities, the date and order number, as well as the Customer's contact details. The consumer is not required to provide a detailed description of the irregularities; a report of a defect is sufficient.
- If the Seller accepts the complaint, the Customer may choose to exchange the product for another or receive a refund. The Customer has the right to choose how the complaint is handled (repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract).
- If the Seller does not accept the complaint, the product will be returned to the Customer. The Seller should justify the refusal to accept the complaint and indicate the possibility of further action (e.g., mediation).
- Returns of products will only be made if the product is undamaged, clean, and its packaging is intact.
- The Seller is not responsible for damage that occurs during the transport of products to the Customer.
- The Buyer is responsible for the costs of returning goods in case of complaints and returns.
- Detailed terms of complaints and returns are defined in the Complaints and Returns Policy available on the Website.
- The consumer has the right to file a complaint regarding the non-compliance of the goods with the description on the website www.strongflex.eu within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
- If non-compliance of the goods with the description is found, the Seller undertakes to promptly remove the non-compliance or refund the money to the bank account indicated by the Consumer.
- To file a complaint, the Consumer should contact the Seller by sending a message to the email address: info@strongflex.eu.
§8 Liability and Warranty
- The Seller is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods with the contract to the extent specified by the provisions of the Civil Code, in particular the provisions regarding implied warranty.
- The Seller guarantees that the goods are free from defects and will meet the specified properties.
- The warranty is granted for the period specified in the product description or in a separate document, and in the absence of such information - for 2 years for SPORT products and indefinitely for standard products (the lifetime warranty does not apply to products used in motorsports).
- If a defect is found, the Customer may file a complaint within the period specified in the Act on Specific Conditions of Consumer Sale or in the product description, and in the absence of such information - within 2 months from the date of finding the defect.
- If the complaint is accepted, the Seller is obliged to remove the defect within the period specified in the Act on Specific Conditions of Consumer Sale or in the product description, and in the absence of such information - within 14 days.
- If it is impossible to remove the defect or if the Seller does not remove the defect on time, the Customer may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
- If the Customer withdraws from the contract, the Seller is obliged to refund the full amount for the goods within 14 days from the receipt of the goods in unchanged condition.
- If the Customer modifies the product on their own, such a product will be considered a "custom-made product" according to the Customer's specification and is non-returnable.
§9 Final Provisions
- The Administrator reserves the right to introduce changes to the terms and conditions. Changes to the terms and conditions do not affect orders placed before the date of the change.
- All rights and obligations arising from the sales contract are non-transferable to third parties.
- The sales contract is concluded under Polish law. In case of a dispute, the Customer may use alternative dispute resolution methods, such as mediation or other forms of alternative dispute resolution. If it is impossible to resolve the dispute through an out-of-court procedure, the dispute will be settled by the court competent for the seat of STRONGFLEX.PL SP. Z O.O.
